Global Throwing Management athlete Bob Bertemes from Luxembourg improved his personal best and national record to 19.45m. His previous record was 19.11m from season 2014.
Bob has a training camp in January and on 31st January he will compete in Stockholm. We are super-happy for you Bob! Throw far!
