Fedrick Dacres is a young discus thrower from Jamaica. He is coached by a local throwing guru Julian Robinson. Fedrick had an international breakthrough in season 2015, when he won the Pan American Games in Toronto and World Championships Qualification in Beijing with a first round 65.77m. He placed 7th in the final in Beijing, being one of the youngest finalists.

Fedrick is also World Youth Champion 2011 and World Junior Champion 2012. His personal best in discus throw is 68.88m. This result is also a National Record of Jamaica.
